On April 19, 2008 I woke up between 2 and 2:30 Am in labor. At first I thoght that maybe I was just having false labor, but then the pain just kept getting stronger so I realized that I needed to hurry and get things around for the boys so that Jeff's mom would have their things to take to her house. Jeff got home from work around 3 AM and I'm like Jeff I think you need to go get your shower and catch 40 winks real quick, we'll have to go to the hospital soon. He only got about 10 minutes of sleep while I was in the shower and then we called Jeff's mom to come watch the boys. I was not sure about going to the hospital because I wasn't in labor for very long, but the contractions were about 1.5 to 2 minutes apart so we descided that I better get to the hospital. We got to the hospital at 4:45 AM and she was born at 4:53 AM. We barely made it there on time! Aleah Jo Ellen was born on her daddy's birthday. She weighed 9 pounds 15.5 ounces and was 22 inches long. She has a lot of dark hair and is cute as a button. We really enjoy her and so does her brothers!
I am sorry I can't post a picture of her right now. I don't have internet at home and my computer is not burning any of the pictures onto CD's right now. I'll try to post a picture sometime soon. I just wanted you all to know that she is finally here!

- I am a stay at home mom of 4 precious children. Jordan is 4, Jonah is 3, Aleah is 20 months, and Anika is 4 months old. I am a Sunday School teacher for my church. Soon my family will be moving to the Mission field and I will have some added responcibilities there. I am really looking forward to moving and being in the center of God's will! I enjoy scrapbooking,gardening, spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking, entertaining guests, keeping contact with my friends, and too many other things to name.

Aleah is a beautiful baby. Congratulations. She is such a sweet little girl. I am amazed at how quiet she is in church. If only my kids would have been!!!You are blessed by that. Lolly
