Recent pictures of the family! I can't believe they are growing so fast!!! It seems like yesterday Jordan was a baby and now he is headed for Kindergarten this coming school term! Where has the time gone?
Our latest news is that we are moving to SD to pastor a Mission Church. We leave (Lord willing) on May 3. Please pray that God will help us and give us strength and help as we take this new step in our lives! This is a really big step for us and we need God's guidance! It's really exciting, but at the same time we are starting to feel kind of nervous about the responsibility that we are taking on. God has promised to give wisdom and guidance if we ask and I am trusting Him as we take this big step. Thank you so much for your prayers!

Taking a Break from Travelling

Towards the end of the journey the kids started to get restless and very tired, so we got out the kick ball and had a little fun when we stopped at a rest area in Iowa. They had sooo much fun!

Lily's Graduation and our visit with my Mom and Dad

We did our internship this summer, but on the way we took a couple detours. My sister graduated from Penn View with the one year Bible and I wanted to be there for that, and then we were passing within a few miles from where my mom is in a nursing home and I hadn't seen her for several months so we stopped in to see her for a couple hours before heading on to South Dakota. It was a nice weekend.

You Finally Hear from Us!!!!

I can't post any pictures right now, but I want to let you all know that we are still in the land in the living! We have been so happy here and have really enjoyed our stay! It's hard to believe that in less than 2 weeks we will be headed back to New York! We are going to really miss being here in South Dakota. God has really touched our lives through this experience. So far we have done VBS, Jeff has preached and taught Sunday School, We have done Nursing Home Service, Jeff painted the Winner Church and helped with the Norris Church. There is other things that have been done too, but will tell you all about it later. Right now I am at the library with 3 kids!!!!!!!!!!! Got to go!!!!!

Please Pray for Us!

This morning I woke to the sound of little feet pattering into my room and a little voice begging for help. As he got to the end of my bed he kind of threw up! Wow! Not only that, but soon another small voice is calling for my assistance and before long I was alternating turns between bathrooms helping them. Then come to find out my poor hubby is sick too! At least Jordan and I have this cold/scratchy throat type deal on top of it. I hope that I don't get this flu too! Because Mommy's do not have time to be sick. They still have to be the nurse! Please pray for us!

Mission Internship

Many of you may not know, but we are planning on doing a mission internship the end of May in South Dakota. We will be there for 6 weeks and are looking forward to helping the missionaries there. I can't tell you how excited I am to go! God is working in our lives and I am looking forward to all the things He has in store for us! The Lord is still working on us and is helping us to grow in Him. I want to be my best for Jesus and help others to see that He is a wonderful Savior!

People Need the Lord!

I am so excited about our upcoming missions internship and all that God is doing for us. It really makes me think about the Song by Steve Green, People need the Lord. Here is the Link for the song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCjCtmTTugs. It doesn't matter where we live or where we minister everyone needs the Lord. It doesn't matter if we are ministering here in the States or overseas. May God bless all of you who are laboring for the Lord. Keep encouraged!

Cake Decorating

Last night some of the Ladies from our Church went to a cake decorating class at a school in the area. It was fun to get out and fellowship. It was a one time class that the school was offering and it was fun! I can't say that I did so well on my first cake, but it turned out good enough to eat. The cupcakes that I did turned out really cute one was a lion and the other a lamb. The cupcakes turned out better than the cake, but one of my boys tried to get into them and turned them upside down before I could get pictures of them. Oh well. There will be other times when I can try cake decorating again. I really enjoyed the class and the fellowship with friends!
This cake is dedicated to Jeff.

Recent Pictures of Jordan and Jonah

Sorry these pictures didn't turn out so well. I will try to get better ones of them later. I will have to get Aleah's picture soon too.

Christmas 2008

Aleah chewing on her present.
Jonah and his tamborene, which he wasn't to excited about. He was interested in the guitar and we felt bad because we didn't know if we should get him one or not. He still to this day would rather play with the guitar. He hardly ever touches the tamborene.

Jordan and his guitar. Which he LOVES and plays it every Sunday in Church.

Jordan and Jonah opening the guitar together.

I know it's kind of late for Christmas pictures, but I thought I would update you since I have been doing a poor job at blogging. I guess I enjoy looking at everyone else's blogs and forget to update mine. So here goes.
